Dak & Co proudly partnered with Karinya House for their Home.Hope.Horizon event, held in May 2024. This collaboration aimed to support Karinya House's mission of providing safety, shelter, and empowerment for women in the Canberra community and surrounding regions.

Our approach

Dak & Co approached the partnership by offering comprehensive event support. From meticulous event organisation and seamless ticketing services to crafting impactful collateral designs and ensuring flawless on-the-day event management, our team dedicated themselves to ensuring the success of the luncheon.

How we created hype

To generate excitement and anticipation for the event, we employed social media campaigns, engaging content creation, and targeted outreach to highlight the importance of the cause and the significance of attending the luncheon. By sharing compelling stories of resilience and empowerment, we sparked enthusiasm within the community and encouraged attendance and support.

Results

The luncheon, held at Hyatt Hotel Canberra and attended by 250 women, was a resounding success. Through our collaborative efforts, over $70,000 was raised, exceeding expectations and making a meaningful impact on the lives of women and children in the Canberra region. The event not only raised vital funds but also raised awareness about the important work of Karinya House, fostering a stronger sense of community support and solidarity.
